Clinical Therapy
Helping you move forward, with insight and relief.
Midlife is often described as a crisis. More often, it is a turning point — a time when the strategies that once carried you begin to feel insufficient.

You may be navigating the emotional landscape of menopause.
The weight of grief.
Anxiety that won’t settle.
Or the shifting tides of identity.

Clinical therapy offers a dedicated space to understand what is happening beneath the surface.

I bring a grounded, evidence-based perspective to our work together. You will be met with care, clarity, and clinical support as we gently untangle the threads of your story.

Our sessions are a place to gain insight, experience relief, and move forward with greater steadiness and clarity.

When Support Would Help
Therapy can be especially supportive if you are experiencing::

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.
