Supporting Women in Midlife as They Realign with Who They are Becoming
Midlife often brings change. Sometimes it's visible, sometimes it's quietly unfolding within.

I offer therapy and coaching to support thoughtful growth during this season.

Who I Work With
Women come to me at many different points in midlife. Some are navigating changes in relationships, health, work, or family roles. Others feel an internal shift — a sense that the way they have been living no longer fully fits.

Some seek therapy for anxiety, depression, or relational strain. Others are looking for coaching to clarify decisions or move toward something new. What they share is a desire for steadiness, clarity, and meaningful forward movement.
Why I Do This Work
For more than 30 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families during times of growth and transition. I am continually drawn to midlife work because it asks for honesty, courage, and reflection.

I believe this stage of life deserves thoughtful attention. When women are supported in examining where they are and where they want to go, meaningful change becomes possible — not rushed, not reactive, but grounded and intentional.

Professional Background
I earned my Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1999.

My experience includes inpatient and outpatient care, residential treatment, private practice, and group practice ownership, where I supervised and mentored clinicians.

This clinical foundation informs both my therapy and coaching work, bringing depth, structure, and practical strategy to our conversations.
My Approach
Emotional health does not exist in isolation. It is shaped by mindset, physical well-being, relationships, daily habits, and the way we manage stress.

With advanced training in the relationship between nutrition and mental health, I bring a holistic perspective to well-being. My work incorporates mindfulness practices, evidence-informed tools, and structured reflection.

I continue to offer therapy on a limited basis. Coaching and therapy are distinct services, and I maintain clear professional boundaries between them.

Family Systems
Cultural & Spiritual Awareness
Identity, culture, tradition, and family systems are integral parts of how we understand ourselves and how we navigate change.
As a Jewish woman and clinician, I bring an awareness of how belief systems, rituals, and values shape emotional experience and decision-making. My intention is to create a respectful, inclusive space where women of all backgrounds feel seen and honored in their whole selves.
Outside of Work
Outside of my professional role, I value time with my family, Pilates, biking, and creative expression. In person, you may occasionally meet Coco, my gentle emotional support dog.
